Added a Race menu

Added Race menu
- select map to play on (only 2 for now)
- select how many players (0, 1, 2)
- how many bots 0 - 8
- maps have a certain amount of slots - 8 for the one current map
- so if there are 2 players and 8 bots map will allow 2 players + 6 bots
