Post Jam Release 1.0.1 - Bug fixes, Balancing, Linux and Mac builds

Hi!
We noticed some bugs and gameplay issues that we solved after the jam. We build versions for Mac and Linux also if you want to test the game in your OS.
Bug fixes
- Mocho's hit points went negative without losing the game.
- Kill counter didn't update after restart.
Balancing
- Marta stamina drains reduced by 5points.
- Marta reduces only 1 point stamina if blocked.
- Stamina is recovered X2 if Mocho is blocking.
- Mocho recovers 25% stamina instead of 18% after a successful kill.
- 5 hit points more recovered after a successful parry.
Difficulty
- enemies get reduced its time_to_hit time by 0.01% for each newly spawned enemy.
- enemies get increased its damage by 0.1% for each newly spawned enemy.
Game
- time to start got reduced from 2 seconds to 0.8
Builds
- mac version added
- linux x86 and 64 versions added
- windows version updated
