0.9.9 Update Log

No lengthy devlog today.
Version 0.9.9 is mostly an aesthetic overhaul of sorts.

• Tweaked shaders
  Previous versions looked fine, but I ached for more contrast and grit.
• Added/changed sounds & small world-building elements
  I’m just gonna keep adding little things to this thing.
• Reduced build size
  More Condo for even less disk space?!
  It’s more likely than you think.

Also, 0.9.9 puts me just one step away from the mythical 1.0.0 - a number I made up to trick myself into finishing this project. It's working. Kinda.
