Hotfix 1.3.3

Fixed:

• Some cards would not retain certain upgrade features
• Fixed an issue causing players to grab the upgraded card without pressing upgrade

Changes:

• Heat treated rounds are no longer chance based
• Bastion Mk.IV has had defense changed 8 => 4
