Now available for Mac and Linux!

Hey everyone! Before getting into the meat of this update, I'd like to issue a quick thanks to everybody that's given House Call a try, provided encouragement and support, and of course, feedback! 

It's been a little over a month since I first released House Call for Windows, and since then I've gotten quite a few messages from people requesting Mac and Linux builds, which I promised to release at a later date. That date is now!
