Update to the Tank Game, now with scoring.
Bullets now disappear on hit, I've also reduced the game field down to allow for the score display.
My intention is to use the extra space at the top for extra features and rules display.
A Basic display of mines is there, but currently do nothing.
There is also two sound effects, one for moving, one for getting hit.
Things still to do:
Tank collision with each other
Mine collision
Barriers
Next update may be the official release, which will mean it will be replaced in the WIP group with another game. Got a few others lined up for its replacement, so it will stay as 6.
