With the upcoming new version v1.164, we will finally provide you with (almost) a fully translated English playthrough for DIS:Legacy!
Well, we used LLM translation (It's too much for an individual ESL developer to deal with enormous numbers of texts and quotes manually) and noticed that we need a lot of fixes and improvements for translation, still, it's FINALLY PLAYABLE!
(Hopefully, since it's still a beta version.)
