Post Jam UX Improvements

Made a small update to Plinkone to address a couple issues people were running into regarding cone placement and removal. Here’s the fixes:

1. Holding right click to remove cones will now display a red circle that follows the mouse. This circle acts as an eraser that will remove any cones it touches.
2. Trying to place a cone when you don’t have enough money will play a sound effect and display a message so that you know why the placement didn’t work.
