New name! Lots of new polish and bug fixes.

Game is retitled
New Icon on all platforms
Replaced the Public Domain sound effect with one I created
Single-Purchase Upgrades are now not reavailble on re-launching the game (for real this time)
Fixed Evolve cost resetting to default value on re-launching the game
Added titles to window buttons
Changed window transition speed to be based on current position, ensuring speed is constant
Increased upgrade description font size
Tweaked mask around upgrades to not clip into window border
Disabled debug hotkeys
Adjusted appearance and length of loading screen
(Android) Enabled Auto Rotate
(Android) Increased framerate to 60 on Android, and unlocked on Windows/Web
(Windows) Added a Save & Quit Button, so the game can be closed without Alt+F4
(Web) Fixed being unable to save

On Android, if updating from 1.2.2 or earlier, you may have to uninstall the previous version before installing this one.
