- Flaming hands base power 9 --> 13
- Combo base chance 25% --> 16%
- Combo base power 9 --> 6
- Echo Palm base chance 6% --> 10%
- Waking Curse base chance 8% --> 14%
- Hollow Chant base chance 6% --> 12%
- Needle of doubt base chance 6% --> 12%

- Status effects like withbloom and boosted show as a percent on weapon screens
