Version 1.5 - patch notes:

• Added option to change 'lean' binding to be on right thumb stick. You can access it by pressing ` (tilde) to open the debug menu,  then go to 'Options' and change to 'Controls Layout B'.
• Tweaked some physics options to allow the player's pole to be shifted up hills.
• Fixed problem with camera not focusing in cinematic mode.
• Level tweaks.
• Added unique sound for player body collision.
