This is largely a fast-follow of v14 with a few (important) bug fixes
Patch Notes:
* Fixed corpo soldiers with shields endlessly toggling their shields on and off
* Fixed shields continually scaling despite their scaling being initialized
* Removed all the little spot-lights from the facility(city)- that map will receive an art pass anyway and I felt that the lights weren't adding enough to warrant their cost performance-wise
Let me know how it goes- I think everything is a lot more fun and dynamic with this build, and the front-shielded enemies really make you pay attention
