Build win17 - 01.08.19

Fresh from Assembly 2019 with some changes for Cecconoid:

• Added high score table to cecconoid
• Balance pass across the first section
• Added a bunch of new secrets
• Fixed potential bugs in the swarm room
• Added bottom entrance door lock to swarm room
• Adjusted timings in final Robotron room
• Fixed lock up in exit room because of null reference

First section of the game is nearly good to go... As before, high scores don't save locally yet.
