Rusty and crusty

It's been a while but cleared out a few things today, after cleaning up the repo and finding a new hostage space, and thanks to recent comments about the game!

• Remapped the keyboard Pass button to X instead of Left-Ctrl
• Increased the resolution
• Enabled the full-screen button

Gonna be looking at the following next:

• Adding a Pause button
• Using Unity's Input System instead of Input Manager to support more gamepads and joystick types
• Adding an Edit button to change each player's individual stats and appearance

Additionally, some weeks ago, the game hit 35,000 games played!
