A new update. Here are the basics!
New faction, more elite than the Militia. I wasn't going to add any new factions until all the scenarios were done, but as they are more elite it is easier to set up for repeat play.
Resistance has been changed a bit points wise, and the Hacktavist has been changed.
New scenario (another on will be out shortly since it is playtested)
Table of contents and Attributions page plus page numbers added
Some rules clarifications done and edited
General proofreading stuff done.
