Balance Breakers - Balance Patch 1.5

Hello!

It's been awhile, but there is a new update that changes some of the ways the 3 main characters work.

Sir Froake:

In playtests, we found that Sir Froake, while fun, was way stronger than the other two characters. Rather than reign him in, we've buffed the other two characters. There has been a slight tweak to how the damage and lance dash speed are calculated, however.

Bix:

Bix felt a tad weak in the movement department, so we've given them more control while now making it that the player must land in order to regain fuel (similar to Magnus' reload mechanic). They're also a lot easier to control in the air

Magnus:

Magnus now has an initial thrust bonus to her first 5 or so bullets that she fires so she can get off the ground quicker.  Her bullets are also a bit larger to improve consistency.
