I was able to get the audio files smaller, still using 8000Hz and mono .wav, but the new 4.0 audio files use GSM 6.10 Encoding, and now ranges from 776B to 6.40KB for a total of just 50.8KB in size. which is lower than the previous 488KB total in size.
The ascent color has also been darkened from (HEX) 808080 to 4c4a48.
Mouse Cursors are about 40% done now, but I'll need to go back through a few of them as a few little sizing mistakes were made.
Also going to change the name from Efficient Theme to Lite Theme.
