Update 1.3.5

Surprise-surprise, a new No Downforce update! It's rather small, mostly updating the engine and optimizing lightmaps.
Graphics
- Lightmaps are now smaller and better-packed, which reduces the game's size and adds support for more hardware
- Improved OpenGL detection, now you can use the
--rendering-method gl_compatibility
argument without issues
Technical
- Updated engine to Godot 4.4.1
I've got a big physics rewrite planned for the indeterminate near-ish future, so stay tuned!
