v0.14 - Bomb upgrades!

Hey all! v0.14 is released~

I've added bomb tiers! You can now upgrade your bomb to deal more damage.

The mothership has also had its HP increased.

Bomb tiers are still a work in progress and will be rebalanced as the game is developed. 

A feedback form has been added to the game, but if you've tried it before and want to leave me feedback, you can do so here!
