0.21.0 - Sleep countdown - Item drop chances

Hi!

I am trying to get back at developing the game, but I am still swamped finishing my collage thesis. I hope to have more time after this is finally over.

Improvements: 

• Battle while no digimon is being raised from the digiegg screen.
• Added a countdown clock to digimon waking up

Bug fixes:

• Text in digimon encyclopedia
• MaxHP now displays as the rest of the stats

Also:

• Server backend upgrade
• Logs improvements
