0.3B Web version release!

I found my first game breaking bug! (don't worry, it's fixed now)

After some testing and tweaks the Web version is up and running, and the 0.3B Windows version is also available! 

Pretty minor stuff otherwise, just timing tweaks for the Web release.

• fixed bug that could cause game to hang when meeting Kay for the first time if Game Speed was set too low
• tweaked timings a bit more for music if game speed was not set to default or if game engine is running a little slow
• changed some of the Pause menu text
• tweaked default sound volume to 75% from 66%
• tweaked Herrin's end theme slightly, again
• adjusted end scene timing to prevent / reduce screen flash during transition

I've discovered that the Web version runs a little slower in Firefox, but runs pretty close to the same as the Windows version if played on Edge. I haven't tested on Chrome yet but I'm assuming it will be pretty similar to Edge / other Chromium browsers.
