Font Variation, Info Document, New Glpyhs, Etc

Changes:

Huge update for Border Basic. First and foremost, I have changed the visuals for the Cutout variations to be inline with the other .ttfs. Going forward I plan to adapt the old cutout visuals into a font variation for each .ttf style.

Along with that a new "More Space" variation has been included that provides an extra pixel gap between each glpyh.

Last but not least, my usual changes have been included, fixing some glpyhs like the accented "i" glpyhs. Adding new glpyhs like "Œ" and "œ". As well as including a new info document.
