• Put a 1 second wait on roll.
• Adjusted Shinryu's ACC/DCC. 

Additions:

• Skid and shoot animations to Shinryu.
• 2, button sequence special attacks:
  • Right, Right (or any direction) + Attack Direction
  • Left, Right, Left + Attack Direction
