Stage 2 is complete and ready to play! This new stage is more challenging than the last (duh), and features two new bosses.
In addition to the new stage, the UI has received a huge overhaul and is more functional and flashier than ever. Also, the scoring system has been completely revamped - keeping a high multiplier should be a challenge because it will decrease over time when not collecting halos or grazing bullets. Scores have been revamped, and now should be slightly lower overall, but with more room for skilled players to really flex.
Lots of other adjustments have been made to make enemy sequences better, and some enemy and boss patterns have been tweaked to be less boring and to ramp up in difficulty over time. Some missing sound effects have been added, and some special effects are changed to look a bit better. There's also a completely new enemy type to encounter made completely out of hands and a big eyeball. 👀
