Quality of Life improvements

Since the release, we have made these improvements:

• Added settings and about screens
• Added gamepad deadzone to steering and camera
• Improved menu navigation (+ quick restart)
• Updated menu styles
• Improved fail condition detections
• Fixed other smaller graphical and performance issues
• 56mb smaller zip file
