Quick Fixes #2

More quick fixes:

• Fixed a problem where the player would get soft locked between dialogs.

I just locked the options so you can’t leave the first time you’re in the Upgrade Shop without the Photon Cannon :)

• Fixed a visual bug that was hiding part of the Upgrade description when hovered
