v0.7.0.7 - Loading Enabled

I have removed the load save game restriction from the demo. This was requested, and now makes more sense, as new items are being locked behind research. Other additions over the last couple months:-

• CO2 addition - Humans now create CO2, which needs to be captured with the new CO2 scrubber item (and stored in CO2 storage).
• Asteroid areas - Now asteroids areas can be found across the map.
• Start area location selection - New screen allowing player the choice of start location, showing resources and activity from seed.
