SimpleQuest 1.0.2 released

Since release I've had a few people run into issues where the game would improperly load if you had saved in a particular place. Last update, 1.0.1, addressed one of them but this update but apparently some remained!

Change Log

• Further fix loading save games made after defeating the Lich, and during the final boss fight.
• Fix one of the secrets.
