Hi everyone! I've been very happy to see the volume of downloads of my Packey game. To give you a brief background, this game was developed in one month's time as part of the NESmaker Byte-Off, which is an annual game development event. The ROM uploaded here is what was submitted to the game jam for judging. Winners will be announced on April 4 at Midwest Gaming Classic.
For those asking when a full game will be ready, I do not have an answer for that just yet. I am still observing reactions to this version of the game, and determining if there is interest in a full-scale version of Packey. This includes watching people play it live at my booth at Midwest Gaming Classic. Time will tell if Packey will see a full-fledged adventure/dot-gobbler hybrid game as I envision.
