New Glyphs, Info Document, Etc

Changes:

Some big changes for Cowboy Western. Like all of my recent font updates this one has a few main changes, new glyph support "Œ" and "œ". Along with that I improved the visuals on all the supported accented "i" glyphs. Last but not least this update also includes the new info document.
