Build 3 [Quick Menu, Parallax and UI Animation Toggles]

Hello all! We're pushing a small update out for Ediction, one that addresses a few feedback notes we've gotten in regards to visual accessibility. Here's the patch notes:

• Added toggles for the following options:
  • Quick Menu - This toggles the in-game quick menu that's next to the textbox, so players can choose if they'd like to see it or not.
  • Parallax Backgrounds - This toggles the ability to trigger parallax effects for the backgrounds with the mouse/stylus.
  • Textbox UI Animation - This toggles the scrolling smoke animation in the textbox, alongside the cloudy shader for the textbox choices.

We hope the addition of these helps more people enjoy the game, and customize their experience a bit more!
