Out the Window Bug Fixes

Bug fixes:

• The game now scales with screen size for more consistent difficulty across different sized monitors. Previously, on more square monitors, the game would be cropped and you would have less time to see obstacles coming, making it more challenging.
• Misc audio issues, including general volume balance, are fixed.
• You can now buy more than one snack per visit to the gas station.

Mystery bug still floating around:

• Once when I was testing, the radio did not fade out fully, and you could still hear the radio sounds very faintly when the radio was set to "off". I cannot for the life of me get this to happen again. If anyone can isolate this bug HIT ME UP.
