Added the Ability to Start Race

Bug Fix: Added ability to cut the cheating section short and start the race immediately.

During the rating period for the game jam, I received a number of comments from players that wanted the ability to start the race immediately. Given the theme of the jam was "One Minute," I had intentionally made the cheating period one minute long. However, if someone wished to start the race before the timer ended, I did not have a way to do that. I have added that capability in this release.
