Bullet Penetration: Projectiles can now pass through enemies if possible. For example, the M24 can eliminate up to three enemies with a single shot.
Sound-Reactive Enemies: Zombies now react to sound sources such as gunfire and explosions.
Barrel Improvements: Barrel placement has been improved, and the shockwave simulation has been adjusted for more realistic effects.
Final Quest Enemy Pressure: During the final quest, additional zombies are spawned to maintain tension and challenge.
