Minor Update CatNappers v1.2.1

Non-Gameplay Changes:

• Increased gamepad joystick dead zone minimum in UI, but reset gamepad joystick dead zone during gameplay

Fixes:

• Fixed issue where the catfight would sometimes not spawn
• Fixed issue where UI buttons may not work in the end screen if the player presses them during the level transition
• Fixed issue where, in the end screen, the team's ordinal number text was incorrect

Other:

• Added scores from TGX to the leaderboard
