Fixed a bug where towers destroyed couldn't be rebuilt
Destroyed towers are now counted as sold
2 new enemies that attack back
Reconstructor tower
Updated buff display
Fixed a bug preventing any packets from being sent until a new building was placed
Building panel now scrollable
