Many weapons and skills have their values changed, weapons now focus more on dealing damage and skills on aiding the weapon.
For example a hammer loosing it's chance to cause bleeding to just deal more damage outright while it's skill deal less damage but has an easier time applaying it's affliction.
The overall pacing of the game has been slowed down to an extent, there is less consumable items to limit the backpack filling up with items that have minimal diffrences.
The "trader" skill also has been changed to allow buying items for less and selling them for more to allow buying more gear with the decressed gold earned.
