Mercator 0.4.1

Mercator 0.4.1 is released. See the changelog below:

• Reduced delay on the title screen initial animation
• Updated the tutorial to span multiple days, with more information about the gameplay loop
• Fixed resolution issues on Windows
• Updated desk day transition graphic to include information about current day number/whether it is night time
• Added the ability to customize your character's color palette. Existing saves will not work (please let me know if you are affected by this)
