Smooth update

- Smoother moviment for the bucko
- Removed pause during "Ready" message
- Removed bucko movement boundaries. It flies freely
- Removed "madsonweb" screen
- Added completely skip scene section pressing start
- Bucko reseting tweaked
- Optimized math so it wont take as much cycles with division
- Only calculates the HUD when a collision is detected, not every frame as before
- Manual addressing for the assets to improve on memory allocation

- Slimes Collision to work
- Complete Player damage collision
- Ending scene
- Ending stats
- Proper game over on damage
- Level design
- Dancing stage
