Version 1.2 released

Version 1.2 adds lots a nice things:

• New cell types:
  • Compressed: Just gives many points
  • Anvil: Pushes other blocks down
• Cell changes:
  • Bombs now clear entire rows
  • Monsters move slightly slower
• A Ready screen shows the next level's point goal and your current stash of blocks
• Point goals have been balanced, especially beyond level 13
• Tweaked block generation (e.g. blocks now contain at most three types of cells)
• Music fades out and there is a win/loss jingle
• Master volume decreased
• Many small tweaks here and there
