Release Log for 2019-07-21

Another week and another (small) update :

• fixed a bug on the integer max node when used with random streams
• added a circular move node that place a stream of rectangle on a list of circles whose radius are a integer stream. the position on each circles is computed from the angle. it makes nice images.
• also removed the nagging screen. It was bothering me and I wrote it. My apologies.
