Starting to add Particle Effects

Spent the day adding a few particle effects.  A burst of love hearts when petting the cat,  Exhaust smoke for when you drive the camper van and a health perk burst.
Also added a few improvements such as collision boxes around water areas so you can't sink the camper van and the ability to catch butterflies if you have the bug net equipped.
