Info Document, Missing Glyphs, Correct Point Size

Changes:

Big updates for Formal Future, including missing glyphs, bug fixes to the png, point size adjustments, and the new info document I have been adding to my fonts.

The missing glpyhs that got added are "Œ" and "œ". Along with that some extra markers from some reworks last update were removed from the .png.
