Version 0.3 of Dungeon Mole is out now to try! This update was focused on showcasing the visual style of the game we are aiming to achieve, with lighting, texturing, and animations getting some major work done! We also have added some new interactions between the enemies and the fertilizer that will drastically change your approach to combat!
Enemy Changes
The insectoid enemies you encounter in the underground have a mission; to steal the fertilizer in the underground to power their machines. As a result, enemies that spawn from H.I.V.E.s will now pursue the Fertilizer Roots, and steal the fertilizer to bring back to their HIVE. If they gather enough the Hostility Bar at the top right of the screen will fill up, causing a Game Over. However, this means the enemies won't be dead set on you anymore, so take advantage and set up strong defenses, and break in to destroy the HIVE itself!
