Hello, everyone.
i have heard your feedback, and your reported bugs, for the time being, i decided to fix the bugs, and for the suggestions, i shall do more research, and gather more feedback.
a list of the fixed bugs in this patch, contain, general gameplay improvements, UI improvements, and most importantly, stability, and playability.
to download the new patch, simply, redownload the game (make sure you are doing downloading the file version6 tag or higher), or if you are using the itch.io app, then it will take care of updating the game for you, as long as you have auto updates enabled, or you can click "Check For Updates", and it will only download the new/changed things, or you can download the file attached to this devlog.

General:
1.Null, when clicking on ability slot and having no ability : Fixed
2.Main Menu: Continue Button Fix it, so that, it doesn't continue from all saves : Fixed
3.ProgressDataBehavior(Persistant Data) Saftey Check, to prevent using the wrong reference : Fixed
4.Options Menu Messiness : Fixed
5.No Checkpoint after each LevelIntro :Fixed
6.Checkpoint, where it unlocks the player, before it displays the text :Fixed
7.the Snappiness of the switch from CombatToPeaceful Effects :Fixed
8.No Save, after each OnLevelDisplayed :Fixed
9.LastPlayedScene Not Written to Data File :Fixed
Level 1:
1.No CamEffects/Music changes happen. Fixed
2.Transition To Peaceful Effects Not functioning well :Fixed
Level 2:
1.bad midwife leaving timing :Fixed
2.Not all enemies spawning have spawn effects :Fixed
3.the Push Attack(Sequenced), has a weird timing :Fixed
4.Even when all crystals are dead, level is not over, mission is not failed :Fixed
5.Door, and Spawn Effects sounds are missing :Fxied
Level 3:
1.Start Being very Jumpy, and being able to skip, the Checkpoint text, and the intro region 1 interactable playing twice :Fixed
2.Sequenced Ghoul AI, not detecting Spawnable(Attractor) and attacking it :Fixed Decreasing Stopping Dist to be less than Agent Radi
3.Trippiness, once sequenced ghoul is dead :Fixed
4.Player Managing, to skip, (killing one circle, then moving to the end of the level) :Fixed
5.Cam Effects not reactivating to peaceful again :Fixed
6.Animation at gate being null, and being stuck :Fixed
7.player can abaondon midwife, and go to end of level :Fixed
