Abashed Demo quality of life improvements and bug fixes

This update adds several QOL improvements in several parts of the game and fixes more bugs.

• Added a tutorial popup introducing the medicine ability when first unlocked
• Fixed visual artifacts going in and out of the apartment's storage room
• Fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to interact with Dr. Conrad in some rare cases after retrieving the quest item.
• Fixed a dialogue naming issue.
