New boss rush stage, tutorial, and bug fixes

デモに以下のアップデートを行いました。

1. ステージの追加。河童たちと土俵で戦うスクリーン固定型のボスラッシュステージです。
2. チュートリアルの追加。ゲームをはじめからプレイすると、操作方法を説明する短いステージが始まります。
3. その他、バグや機能の訂正。

The following changes have been made to the demo:

1. New stage: A single-screen boss rush stage where you grapple kappa and other yokai in a sumo ring!
2. New tutorial: When you start a new game, there will be a short tutorial level to explain how to play the game.
3. Other bugs and fixes.
