Info Document, Missing Glyphs, Correct Point Size

Changes:

Lots of exciting updates for Royal Decree. First and foremost, I added a new info document that contains lots of useful information when using Royal Decree. Along with that I did a slight adjustment to the point sizing. Last but not least I fixed a few missing glpyhs "Œ" and "œ". They were included in the .png but not mapped correctly.
