Version 1.1

The first update to Polymath includes two commonly requested features:

• 0_on_d10: Now you can display just a regular "0" instead of "10". Useful for d100 tables!
• Blank dice: When you want to indicate the dice but not the number, you can just skip the number to get the dice shape. For example: "_on_d4" or "_on_d8".
