0.0.4 - Minor updates with jam feedback

Received lots of good feedback from other participants in the jam. Handled the easy-to-fix issues here:

• Added dynamic hints. Click on "hint" in top right to see hints specific for your current step.
• Lower volume for audio
• Make "to be continued..." a button to continue, instead of click anywhere (in case clicking too quickly)
